Terms of Service

SWL Institute offers digital educational courses and in-person training programs related to clinical aesthetics, medical aesthetics, laser hair removal, and injectable training. Upon successful payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the purchased course content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

Access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation. Your access tier (Starter, Core, or Complete) determines which sections and resources are available to you. Access is associated with your account and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

All sales are final. Because our courses are digital products delivered with immediate access upon payment, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once a purchase is completed and course access has been granted — regardless of whether you have viewed any content.

By completing checkout, you expressly acknowledge and agree that: (a) you have had the opportunity to preview Sections 1–3 free of charge before purchasing; (b) you understand the course format, content, and scope; and (c) you waive any right to a refund or chargeback on the basis of dissatisfaction with the content.

Technical issues only: If a verified technical failure on our part prevents you from accessing content you have paid for, contact us within 7 days of purchase at [email protected] and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer for a purchase that does not qualify for a refund under these Terms may result in immediate suspension of your account access and referral to our payment processor for fraud review.

All course content — including but not limited to videos, written materials, worksheets, clinical frameworks, quizzes, PDFs, and the SWL Clinical Mapping Method™ — is the exclusive intellectual property of SWL Skinology Wellness & Laser Institute and is protected by copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, sell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any course content without our prior written consent. Sharing your login credentials or course materials with others is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without refund.

The content provided in SWL Institute courses is for educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, clinical guidance, or a substitute for professional licensure, supervision, or training. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and licensing requirements in your jurisdiction before performing any aesthetic or medical procedures.

SWL Institute makes no representations or warranties that completion of any course will qualify you to perform any specific procedure, satisfy any licensing requirement, or guarantee employment or business success.

In-person training programs (including Medical Aesthetics, Laser Hair Removal, and Injectable Training) are subject to separate enrollment agreements, scheduling terms, and payment plans communicated at the time of enrollment. Cancellation and rescheduling policies for in-person programs are provided in your enrollment confirmation and may differ from the digital course refund policy above.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SWL Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of our courses or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course or program giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our courses or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
